We make video for software companies and we want to grow faster than we do today. This role owns the machinery behind that: how we find the right companies, how we reach them, and how we know what is working.

What you would own

Finding the right companies to talk to, and the research that makes a first message land

The tools wired together, so data moves without a person copying it across

Outreach that gets tested and rewritten based on what actually gets replies

Reporting that shows what produced a call, not what produced opens

New channels, tried properly and dropped quickly when they do not work

What we look for

You live inside automation tools and APIs, and you write enough code to unblock yourself

You have built a system that produced meetings, not just a workflow that ran

You are happy owning a number

You would rather ship something rough this week than plan something perfect for a month

Production

We make product videos, demos, explainers and YouTube content for software companies. The format is usually one of our in house spokespeople on camera carrying a script, with motion graphics doing the explaining around them: product interface, data, diagrams, callouts. The graphics are not decoration on top of the video, they are how the viewer understands the product.

What you would own

Cutting full videos from our scripts and storyboards

Motion graphics and product interface animation

Sound, colour and captions

The short form cuts that come out of every project

Keeping every video inside the client brand without being reminded twice

What we look for

After Effects is where you are fastest, and you are comfortable in Premiere or Resolve

You can animate a product interface so it reads as the real thing

You are good with pacing, because an explainer that drags loses the viewer

You take notes as work to do rather than as a debate

We deliver in under ten days and run several projects at once, so speed counts as much as polish
