About this site

This site describes our video production services and shows examples of our work. Everything on it, including pricing and turnaround times, is for information only and is not a binding offer. Work begins once we agree the scope in writing. If anything in a proposal or contract conflicts with these terms, that document takes priority.

Using the site

You are welcome to browse the site, read our content, and get in touch about working together. Please do not copy or republish our content without permission, scrape the site, or try to disrupt it or break into it.

Our content

Unless stated otherwise, the text, video, images, design, and code on this site belong to us or are licensed to us, and are protected by copyright.

The videos and case studies we show were produced for clients. The client owns the final work and we show it as portfolio material with permission. The Videodeck name and logo are ours. Other names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify those companies.

Links and embedded content

The site links to other websites and embeds content from services such as Vimeo, YouTube, and Cal.com. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Getting in touch

When you fill in a form, book a call, or message us, please keep it accurate and do not send confidential material before we have a confidentiality agreement in place. Anything you send is handled under our Privacy Policy.

No warranties

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it as is. We may change or remove any part of it at any time. Nothing on the site is professional advice, and results shown in case studies reflect specific projects rather than a promise of what your project will achieve.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including lost profits or lost data. Liability for paid work is governed by the contract for that work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and disputes go to the competent courts in Romania. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not remove the protections you have where you live.
